It’s always been as much about the people as the burgers. From the moment we welcomed our first customer to our restaurant back in 2009, all of us at Kendall’s Grill have lived to see the look. You know, that look where one bite makes you realize you’ve just discovered something amazing. Maybe even life changing. If you think that’s a little much, consider this: to us, Burgers are life. And some days, we know it is to you, too.
So we take our burgers and chicken fingers seriously. Like, from scratch seriously. We believe the only way to achieve amazing is with fresh. Every morning, we press our beef patties by hand. We trim and marinate our chicken fingers early before the sun comes up. We prep our toppings and sauces fresh. And for our brioche buns, we stop by the bakery each and every morning to ensure the freshest bun for our cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches. Everything that comes out of our kitchen is cooked once and only once, right for your meal. All so that product ends up in your hands, crazy fresh.
We’re so proud of our process that we’ve designed our restaurant so you can watch. We invite you into our open kitchen to watch the cheeseburger being pressed out right before it gets slapped on the flat top. To get a bit giddy when you see your toppings fall into place. To have your heart skip a little beat when your cheeseburger gets stacked and paired with our fresh cut French fries and onion rings—and comes out to you hot, with that perfect steam coming from every bite.

We are located a short drive from downtown Greenville. We like to think that we have the “Downtown Vibe” without having to drag your family to Main Street. There aren’t many places in Greenville that serve the way we do. We have perfected every single item on our menu, not just one. From our Cheeseburgers and Chicken Fingers to our American Philly Cheesesteaks, everyone in your family can find a perfect meal. We guarantee it.
While you’re here, you’ll discover our real secret: our people. From the cashier to the grill-cook to the catering guy on his way out the door, you never know when a friendly hello will turn into a little more. We’re people-people. And we take care of our people, always looking to help them grow as we do. The first thing we do after we say hello is ask you for your name with the hopes that next time you come in we will remember it. We are always looking to give back to our community, small or big. All active duty police, military, EMS, and fireman receive a 50% discount on their meal. All of our teachers and school district employees receive a 15% discount and every Tuesday night children from our community eat for free.
We hope to continue to serve great food to the Greenville area and to further expand our comfort zones in the future to cover other culinary industries besides just delicious burgers and chicken fingers.
